Finding the path back to normal.

Contracts between employers and employees, whether formalized in a written document, oral, or implied, are among the most fundamental agreements in our society — for the most part, they function effectively to the mutual benefits of all parties. There are situations, however, in which these contracts and agreements are not honored by one party or the other, potentially imperiling the operations of the business and the livelihood of the individual involved.

Occasionally the way forward in such situations is clear, and the parties themselves can resolve the issue themselves. More often it is not. Our primary goal in such situations is to resolve the difficult issues so that people and businesses can get back to work.
